Oh yes its possible. At this moment they succeed four penis transplants in the world. A china dude, a south african dude and two americans. They report that they feel the trasplanted penis as his own and are very happy with the exception of the China man that get amputated the transplanted penis due to psichological rejection and his wife that dont accept the trasplanted penis of his husband.
