Vicious murder caught on video in South Beach, Florida.

The perp was caught soon after. He used a Glock .40 with an extended magazine.

The driving question is why would anyone decide to kill strangers, especially innocent children? On top of that, we have gang and drug driven murders, which may be behind this video, Either way, yes, guns are getting into the hands of people who should not have them, but 23 million registered law biding gun owners are not killing anyone.

There is a thought that because the Second Amendment passed in 1791, so people should only be allowed to use guns in 1791 styles, such as flintlocks or bolt-action rifles.
