Aha! The lad in the video. He never bought those mandarines (tangerines in English?) I would have asked him -Сколько стоит банан? (How much for the banana?) but it was soo small... to cold poor thing.

He COULD just be a naturist, except that naturists know better than to walk around naked outside of a nudist colony. Anyone who was in that store when he entered (including the clerk) would have been wise to run like hell. He must have been a seriously unstable person, and his one leg looks gangrenous.
