What are those circled items supposed to be? At first I thought they were his internal organs, but he doesn't appear to be busted open. This is a good example of blunt force trauma. He looks like a poor soul, so maybe he committed suicide by throwing himself under the bus.

Yeah, verlup1, I guess the back of his skull is gone and his brains fell out. You can't see it in these photos, but that must be where the gallon of blood came from too.
