Joemar "J-mar" Bercero was shot twice in the head in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on January 21, 2017. He was rushed to the hospital, and was placed on life support. He died within 24 hours. Justice for him

I don't know, but definitely not a news video because news media censors the bloody images. Camera phone photo, maybe.
