On March 18 this year, police in Rizal, Philippines discovered four garbage bags, each containing various body parts of RAMIL JUGAR, 38.
It was found that Ramil had previously been arrested on several occasions, and that his murder may have been a case of summary execution.
Police are still investigating the true motive behind his death.
