Found naked in a small garden outside his locked room. Hospital record indicates he had a recent operation, with medications prescribed. Many other pills found in his room. Suspect a drug overdose caused his death. Might be an intentional overdose because of health concerns. Where he was found naked seems to indicate he wanted to die and took pills to do so.
