Firefighters ambushed and killed

Awful, poor dudes just before Christmas. President Obama was right about access to psychiatric care in his speech last week after the Sandy Hook massacre. Too many unsane people with guns in the US.
 
Yeah, lots of crazies out there can get any kind of gun. It's such a shame.

Thank you. Unbelieavable a convicted murdered is allowed to carry a gun in the United States.

This country is phucked.

Tough road ahead, there will be more shootings in 2013 I hope no kids get hurt but from all the latest news coverage it seems things are already getting out of hand.
 
Yeah MP, and now we know that even if you are a convicted felon or have mental issues, the authorities don't check to see if the family has fire arms

Gun lobby is pretty strong. So no one from the upper classes has power enough to change this one and for all?
 
I believe once the dust settles, if someone convinces the Newtown parents who lost their babies to come out swinging against assault rifles and 30 round gun clips, then maybe it will cause a groundswell of support. Unfortunately the NRA has the strongest political lobby in congress
 
this is very horrible...

the US needs to get some kind of gun control...how is it that this dude with a criminal record and for murder none the less is in position of a firearm?
