One youth has been shot dead and two teenagers stabbed in Peckham, south London, say police.
Three males were arrested at the scene.
Police say they were called to reports of an assault near Gannet House, on the Pelican Estate.
At the same time, officers were informed of a youth claiming to be stabbed in nearby Peckham Road.
While looking for these victims, police discovered a male youth with a gunshot wound in a stairwell at Heron House on the Pelican Estate.
The ambulance service was called but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers also discovered a 17-year-old male in Gannet House on the Pelican Estate suffering from a stab wound.
He was taken to hospital where his condition is described as stable.
Around the same time, police learned that an 18-year-old male had himself gone to a separate hospital in south London with a stab wound. He in is a stable condition.
Officers say they are treating all three incidents as linked.
LBC radio reporter Andy Hilliar told Sky News: "People here are shocked but said that, sadly, this sort of incident was not uncommon in the area."
