On 17 October 2018, a bomb exploded and then a shooting started in the dining room of Kerch Polytechnic College in Kerch, Crimea. 19 people died and further 50 were injured, many of them critically. According to the school's director, the gunman also "ran with automatic rifles" through the school and shot people dead.

18 yo Vladislav Roslyakov ran from room to room as he fired, starting in the canteen. He then shot himself dead.

Friends of Roslyakov told Russian TV that "he hated the technical school very much" and had vowed "revenge" on his teachers.

Vladislav, if you hate technical school so much, just quit...leave and don't come back! People go apeshit like he did on such a regular basis that it makes one wonder about every stranger in a crowd. Is this one insane too? Is he about go berserk? Eventually we will be able to detect these defective humans before they start killing. There will be some sort of radar, scanning everyone out in public, that will pick up aberrant brainwaves and alert police to either pick up the subject or shoot him down.
