Dead Models on Rocks

It looks like they might have been hiking on a mountain trail when a landslide took them over the edge. How do those first responders know for certain that these two models aren't still alive and salvageable? If someone doesn't start with the CPR real soon, they WILL be dead.

Looks to me as if the dude in the left hand pics has some sort of pistol between his legs (NO WISE CRACKS!!!). Also the guys in the pics don't look like your ordinary first responders - they are Police.

There is seemly a gun shot around the waist of the first guy, besides there is no bruise on their body and no splash of blood on the rock, too clean for someone who falls from the edge. And is it possible for two guys falling from same edge together?

That is an astute observation, and it does make it seem less likely they died from a fall.
