The body of a man was found in a sack on the side of the road in front of La Mesa Dam in Brgy. Greater Lagro, Quezon City, Philippines.
According to the report, the victim was estimated to be aged up to 30-years-old and blonde haired.
A witness said he was cycling in the area when he noticed a suspicious sack on the side of the road where his protruding foot in the sack was immediately exposed, so he immediately asked for help.
When the authorities arrived, they found that the victim's hands and feet were still tied and there were bullet wounds and knife stab wounds to various parts of his body, which caused his death.
It is also one of the possibilities considered by the authorities that the victim was killed elsewhere and only dumped in the area to mislead the police investigation into the crime.
Currently, the QCPD is conducting a thorough investigation to determine the identity of the victim and the suspects as well as their motive for the murder.
