I'm fairly sure the first one is dirty when you look closely at the crotch of his underwear - don't think that's just shadow. And the other one has done something in his clothes, though it's hard to see what.

I found an interesting and rare paper on this discussing pathology of the hearts and lungs https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.04.06.20050575v1.full.pdf

Interestingly, what they found in all of them was apparently a lack of secondary bacterial infection as initially feared and also not really myocarditis in the cardiac findings.
They mentioned microangiopathy which may have contributed to their demise: "Based on our findings, we believe that effective therapy for these patients should not only target the viral pathogen, but also the thrombotic and microangiopathic effects of the virus, and possibly a maladaptive immune response to viral infection"

Male 36 years old. He had sex reassignment surgery in 2017 he also changed his name and documents to state that his gender is now female. He was given hormones but schizophrenia developed and he was diagnosed and treated. For reasons unknown he developed the idea that his legs looked like a man's and were not feminine enough and developed strong dislike for his own legs. He started to continously pour ice on his legs and kept his legs in ice for about 5 days. He was found in serious condition an ambulance arrived and took him to hospital where hypothermia was diagnosed. Both legs had extensive frostbite ad one leg was amputated. After 10 days in hospital the man died.

Up to 50 times higher resolution and intelligent color structuring
Some zoom examples compared to the originals:

The single images, most of them could be improved considerably, but some were too blurred or had too few pixels for an accurate interpretation for the artificial intelligence of the current generation.
In very high magnification, some details may therefore look as if they had been drawn. I am working on it, but please excuse this in advance.

But otherwise I think the improved images are quite well done...

The image enhancements were difficult, because some images were taken with wrong depth of field (out of focus):
But I was able to get some things out: Up to 30 times higher resolution and intelligent color structuring

Some zoom examples:

The single images, many of them could be improved considerably. The effect drawn like this in very high magnification - as seen in the pictures of my previous entry - could be at least partially corrected in these pictures.
For this purpose a special artificial intelligence was developed and trained, used here for the first time and it should get better and better from picture to picture...

In these pictures an artificial intelligence was trained to artificially enhance the "blood" effect ^^
I think that went quite well:
