barefoot, naked model turned into a deader

young model is lured to a shoot to do some naked gymnastics shots. The photog suggests a set where he and crew members rub feet on each others' bones.

The model has the bad luck of rubbing his foot on the bone of the director who is so turned on, he decides he wants to make the model a deader. The model is invited to stay behind after the rest of the crew leaves. This is what happens:
