Probably because this is one of those rare pictures that provides a very visible contrast between those who want to keep you alive and trying to save you (the soldier I mean) and us (the viewers who are lusting over his soon to be corpse).

All those hands,needles,tubes, you can feel the adrenaline in that room.

It's quite different from our usual lowly dead Brazilian. That's all. Just interesting to see this image.
