Autopsy reveals pure evil: Lad stabbed in the head multiple times

Skull penetration clearly visible under some of the cuts. Lad suffered greatly before croak. We have no other information about the crime.

That's horrid! Who could do such a thing? I must say the lacerations are beautiful though. It's still very sad.
