PO1 Vincent "Vince" Mayor Liego died on July 30, 2016 due to cardiac arrest while on a training at Regional Training Center 11 in Davao City, Philippines. However, it appears to have been tortured that resulted in his cardiac arrest.

I would never have recognized the signs of torture. They are too subtle for me, but the Philippines authorities probably see so much of this that they've become expert at identifying it. At least Vincent was able to end his days in a sharp pair of emerald green shorts.
