That is an excellent video. The rescuer tried his best. But, he made some mistakes. He should have only compressed the sternum when giving CPR. He wasn't keeping his left hand centered over the right hand. He was supposed to check for a pulse every couple of minutes. I didn't see him check it at all. The contents of the victim's stomach was coming up because he didn't have the head tilted back far enough and was blowing air into the stomach instead of the lungs.
The victim was probably beyond being helped. Even if CPR and rescue breathing could keep him alive a bit longer, the EMS vehicle would have to arrive within minutes and have advanced respiration equipment. That doesn't seem likely to happen.
