I admit I have been up to no good...but NOT in Carlisle. That town seems hell-bent on becoming The Murder Capital of Pennsylvania.

Something in the video puzzles me. Though there were police on the scene from the start (and police have first-aid training), why were the chest compressions not begun until 4-1/2 minutes into the video? If his heart wasn't beating all that time, he might have already been brain dead by then. It occurs to me that a severe internal bleed could be worsened by CPR, but, by the same token, doing nothing could also kill the patient. How does one decide what to do?

His criminal history suggests he could potentially have run ins with the wrong people and low and behold... lol. Shouldn't laugh, though. His premature death is nothing to mock.
