On March 14, 2018, 43-year-old pedicab driver Mamerto Velasquez aka "Elmer", resident of Barangay Tugatog, Malabon City, Metro Manila, Philippines was shot once at the back of the head using a .45 caliber pistol at Plata St. in the same barangay.

That's actually even sadder to die on road because of shooting than car accident. But maybe he was involved with drugs. Gang revenge? It's been officially shitty since 2016 in Philippines.

I agree, BloodFullOfPain...and I'm especially distressed to see men murdered on their bicycles. Getting around in that fashion should be encouraged, as a healthy choice for the planet, but there's nothing healthy about a bullet in your head.
