This is the follow-up story of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan massacre.

29-year-old Anthony "Tony" Garcia, who was the third person of interest in the San Jose del Monte, Bulacan massacre that happened on June 27, 2017, was found executed in San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines on July 8, 2017. Here's the full description:

BULACAN, Philippines — Natagpuang patay ang ikatlong person of interest sa Bulacan Massacre kaninang umaga sa bayan ng San Miguel.

Base sa spot report mula sa San Miguel PNP, 6:00 ng umaga kanina nang itawag sa kanila ang isang bangkay ng lalaki na natagpuan sa tabing-kalsada sa Brgy. Pacalag.

Kinilala ang nasawing bangkay na si Anthony Garcia, 29-anyos na nakatira sa San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Balot ng tape ang mukha ng bangkay. May placard ding iniwan dito na may nakasulat na “Addict at rapist ako. Huwag tularan.” May tama rin ng bala sa ulo at katawan ang lalaki at may senyales na sinakal din siya.

Bago nito ay lumapit sa San Miguel PNP ang mga kaanak ni Garcia para isumbong ang pagdukot sa kanya ng ilang armadong lalaki kahapon ng ala una ng madaling araw. Lahat daw ng suspek ay naka-bonnet at pwersahan daw nilang isinama at isinakay si Garcia sa isang berdeng AUV na walang plaka.

Agad namang dinala sa Dariz Funeral Service sa Gapan, Nueva Ecija ang bangkay ni Garcia para isailalim sa medico-legal examination.

Kinumpirma naman ng San Jose Del Monte PNP na isa si Garcia sa persons of interest sa Bulacan Massacre na nangyari noong June 27.

Matatandaang nitong Martes, natagpuan ang unang pinatay na person of interest sa Bulacan Massacre na si Ronaldo Pacinos alyas “Inggo”. Nagtamo siya ng mga saksak at pinutol ang ilan sa kanyang mga daliri.

Kinabukasan, Miyerkules, nang pasukin ang bahay ng ikalawang person of interest na si Rosevelth Sorima alyas “Ponga” at pagbabarilin sa harap ng kanyang pamilya.

Lima ang nasawi sa Bulacan Massacre na nangyari higit isang linggo na ang nakalilipas. Kabilang dito ang asawa, biyenan at tatlong anak ni Dexter Carlos.


ENGLISH TRANSLATION

BULACAN MASSACRE | Third person of interest, found dead

BULACAN, Philippines - The third person of interest in the Bulacan Massacre was found dead last morning [July 8, 2017] in the town of San Miguel.

According to spot report by San Miguel PNP [Philippine National Police], at 6:00 AM last morning when someone called them that a dead body of a man was found on the roadside in Brgy. Pacalag.

The dead body is identified as 29-year-old Anthony Garcia, resident of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

The dead body's face was covered with tape. A placard was left ther with the inscription: "Addict at rapist ako. Huwag tularan." (I am an addict and rapist. Don't emulate.) He sustained gunshot wounds to the head and body, and there are signs of strangulation.

Prior to that, Garcia's relatives went to San Miguel PNP to complain about his kidnapping by several armed men at around 1:00 AM last night. All suspects were hooded, and forced Garcia to ride on a green AUV with no plate number.

Garcia's dead body was brought to Dariz Funeral Service in Gapan, Nueva Ecija for an autopsy.

San Jose del Monte PNP confirmed that Garcia was one of the persons of interest in the Bulacan Massacre that happened on June 27.

Remembering that last Tuesday [July 4, 2017], the first person of interest in the Bulacan Massacre named Ronald Pacinos a.k.a. "Inggo" was found dead. He sustained stab woundsm, and some of his fingers were amputated.

The next day, Wednesday [July 5, 2017], when [the suspects] invaded the house of the second person of interest named Rosevelth Sorima a.k.a. "Ponga" and shot him in front of his family.

Five were murdered in the Bulacan Massacre that happened at least a week ago, including Dexter Carlos' wife, mother-in-law and three children.

This is quite surprising to me as it is north of Manila which is generally safe. I have passed through the Province on the way to Subic and also on the way to Baguio. The war zone is in Mindano in the far south.
