2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War

On 10th October 2020 in Hadrut (Artsakh), a raid by an Azerbaijani subversive group left at least 4 civilians dead.

One of the deceased was a disabled man. The victim had raised his hands to show that he was unarmed but they still shot his hand.

Injured civilians have died at the hospital, so it's thought that the death toll is much higher than is being stated, with the last count at 31 people.
