A young man was seriously injured during a fight that occurred outside a bar in the Zapata neighborhood of Orizaba.
The young man, identified as Juan Manuel, between 22 and 25 years old, is still alive, although he remains in critical condition at the Río Blanco Regional Hospital.
He sustained a severe blow to the head when he fell to the ground.
