THE body of a suspected summary execution victim found in the dark side of Seattle St., Barangay Kaunlaran, Quezon City, Philippines was found handcuffed. QCPD-SOCO and CIDU operatives investigated four .45 caliber bullet wounds to various parts of the man's body.
