Seriously the best way to increase bulk up is weights - and a serious regimen every other day - working on different and opposing muscle mass in the biceps, and then the triceps the next day. Quads one day and the massive thighs the next day. Abs one day and back muscles the next. Make certain you don't ever over-do it start out with the weights and exercises that are relatively at your level to set a baseline and slowly build it up-if you over start out doing more than you're going to over stress a muscle or tear a ligament. There are so many machines that detail exactly what muscle groups they build up. Plus a tread mill every day for at least 30 minutes. Start walking at a faster pace than you normally do (set it at 3.5). This is the important part of your aerobic work out that increases your lung capacity and the amount of oxygen avalable to your muscles - respertory development is essential to increase your muscles capacity to bulk - the more oxygen available to them the longer and harder you can really start increasing your ablity to bulk up.

Also aerobic exercises burn fat, so your fat/muscle ratio drops dramatically. When you see a guy with a six-pack you know his abs have been really developed and his fat level is very small, so his abs aren't concealed by unnecceary fat, assuming you're eating a healthy diet and don't need to store fat like a hybernating bear.

Finally, and most important, you jerk-off three times a day like you usually do and slowly work up to six times a day. (Seriously, when I reached puberty my older bro told me to always eat it because it's a great source of testoserone. When I found out it was complete bullshit and what a fucking jerk he is, the response wasn't all that weird, to this day I'm not sure if he was hoaxing me or he thought it was true and eating his spunk too. Actually, the myth about sex/masturbation is just that...a myth. RN with years (too many) of experience in sports medicine.
