Two die after boats collide in the Black Sea near Kerch, Crimea

A cutter boat and a yacht smashed into each other in the Black Sea a few hours ago leaving two female corpses and eight other people injured.

At least one of the injured was a young pregnant female. Many were knocked off board and fell into the sea but local residents quickly came to their rescue and pulled everyone on land.

The captain of the cutter boat tested positive for alcohol and was arrested by police.

I am not sure what a cutter boat is? Surely not an ice cutter so it must be more like a tug boat?
