Train Crashes in Russia after Rail Workers Fail to put Tracks Back on Time

A train derailed and crashed in Russia after rail workers who were performing maintenance on the the tracks failed to complete the task on time and inform their colleagues not to let the trains run on this line.

The train engineer wasn't informed the railroad wasn't complete and couldn't stop on time to avoid the derailment.
