Traffic lights went out at this busy Intersection in Sofia, Bulgaria on January 27, 2020 putting drivers in dangerous situation you can see how even a single car that gets stuck in the middle of the crossroads can block the entire interesection in both directions. Luckily there were no collisions and traffic police quickly took control over this dangerous situaiton.
