Wow! A beautiful victim!
The pictures are in excellent HD quality - but even these can be significantly increased in resolution - good to see in a strong zoom:
The extremely high resolution pictures are below after my (sorry long) text, where I tell what probably happened before the murder and how the kill was most likely performed.
First of all: Certainly not by a shot in the eye!
I enjoy analyzing such very good pictures, because the details say a lot about what happened immediately before.
(Hopefully this long text won't bother anyone, and if it does, just skip my text and go to the pictures below)
What probably happened up to half an hour before and until the killing and how the murder was carried out:
A possible reconstruction of this very strange murder on the base of clues and circumstantial evidence from these pictures:
I can see the scene really vividly in front of me, as if I had been there:
The boy was very nervous, had money problems and knew his killer.
The young man was waiting for his killer because he has been standing there for at least 20 minutes.
He was a chain smoker, but he didn't have a lighter.
Moreover, he was such a heavy smoker that he was about to light a cigarette with a match even at the moment of his completely surprising kill.
He was right-hander.
And he was certainly not shot in the eye.
What is really interesting is: How he was shot with just one quick shot:
He wasn't shot in the back of the head, nor was the gun pressed against his throat and shot through the head.
The nose shows a massive gunshot wound, but a closer look reveals that even a shot directly in his face is also not likely.
So how then?
Hence as the only possibility left: The killer brutally and quickly put the gun in the young man's mouth and simply pulled the trigger.
One shot and the the young man was killed instantly.
Then his murderer, enraged, kicked brutally with his foot on the head of the bloody dead corpse.
Why?
Several cigarette butts as well as burned and unburned matches are lying right next to the corpse head:
So he must have been standing there for at least 20 minutes and must have been a heavy smoker, which is also shown by the empty cigarette pack beside the corpse.
He had no lighter, otherwise he would not have used matches.
He also did not have a lighter with him, which only went out, otherwise he would not have taken matches with him, so he rather prefers generally matches.
He could not have been very rich because of that, but rather had money worries, matches are much cheaper than a lighter, and the cigarette brand is also very cheap.
On the other hand, an unused cigarette lies directly next to his right hand, he took it out of the packet, but didn't have time to light it because he was shot.
Filter is the same as on the stubs, so all cigarettes belonged to the victim and not e.g. to the killer, who still could have smoked the unuse one.
He was right-handed because the unused cigarette was next to his right hand.
He must have known the killer, probably knew him well, otherwise he would not have waited so long for him nervously.
He couldn't have been shot in the eye, both eyes are still there, even if one nearly was pressed out.
He could not have been shot from behind, because he did not fall forward, but clearly fell backwards:
Hence the shot came from the front.
The shot could not have been to the throat or neck because his shirt had nearly no blood on it.
The nose shows a clear gunshot wound is completely shattered:
But a close-range shot to the face through his nose would show an exit wound to the back of the head.
But there's nothing to see, no blood coming out either.
Looking closer at the nasal gunshot wound, it shows that the bullet exited rather than entered.
Blood spatter points radially outward.
From his mouth, on the other hand, a lot of blood is pouring out.
Ergo: the sudden murder probably happened like this:
The killer suddenly grabs the victim's head, cigarette and matches fall out of his hand. The pistol is brutally inserted from the left diagonally upwards into the mouth of the young man - a quick shot into the mouth, the bullet creates an overpressure in the skull, the right eye is almost pushed out and the bullet shatters the nose as it exits.
Very strange, but it is the only way all the facts fit together, except one:
The only thing that's very, very weird, if it's happened in this way:
Why is his mouth closed?
The young man was immediately dead, so it is hard to believe that he could have closed his mouth himself...
...but how was the mouth closed?
Presumably because the killer brutally kicked him in the face and the chin...
..and closed the victim's mouth forever.
