mmm its interesting how AI its evolving. On a previous post I show how with an image you can make it dance. Now there is a new tool that you can put a reference video and they will copy the moves to animate a photo or create a moving video with a prompt.
I use as an example this two images that make dance with the prompt fortnite dance.

Also I made that Costa talk in a scene of Mass Effect game.

Then I put the backgroung as green for the chroma and then after importing and making some tweaks in a video editor the result are this.
You can upload cropped images but showing the face and the tool will guess the missing parts.
