Hard to see what his injuries are? Can't make out what has happened to his left leg, kind of looks like an amputation around the knee but no sign of the detatched leg. The guy is moving toward the start of the vid and with so many people there nobody even attempts CPR or attends to his injuries, just some chubby kid there gawping. Nobody even opened his airways until the skinhead guy towards the end who was kind of half assed about it. Maybe he could have been saved. Sad.

He was badly ripped, it a way it's better to pass when you have such horrific injuries.
