Looking to buy a noose

Does anyone know where I can buy a prepared noose, I am useless at tying rope myself to make one

I would expect a noose would only be made for one purpose, and there wouldn't be a lot of commercial demand. Wouldn't get much repeat business, for example.

Think you only can buy a rope and make a noose of it yourself

If you go to google, you can search for 'cable with eye ends' and you'll get plenty of examples that will achieve the same thing.

If I didn't think it would expose me to limitless liability, I'd love to have a small business tying nooses and selling them to people.
I'd use only the finest hemp rope. The packaging would of course be discreet.

I'm not sure PayPal would be thrilled. Checks would leave a pesky paper trail.

There's always plain cash mailed. It's not foolproof, but it has less risk than other methods.

Wait. Am I talking myself into this? I don't think there's any good way to file taxes or to register this kind of business.

OTOH, cash in the mail is hard to trace.
Unless you post about your scheme in a social media platform.
