Kalunas soon hanged?

The Kalunas are the very violent gangs that terrorize Kinshasa. The local government has decided to get rid of them. Several murderers are crying after their death sentences. The death penalty suspended for 20 years in the DRC has been reinstated for them. The procedure is not over but if it succeeds, these guys will be hanged.
