Interesting that the traffic doesn't really slow down to gawk. I guess it is so common there that it bores the traveling public. In the US we would have gridlock because of all the lookieloos

The passenger was still alive when they pulled him out, and they took a fairly large gun away from him. Doubt he was totally innocent.
