Nine drug dealers / smugglers are due to be executed tomorrow (Wed) by firing squad, apparently another 60 or so waiting to follow them.

12 soldier firing with only 3 live rounds is a waste of manpower, any trained marksman or soldier knows the different feel a blank gives compared to a live round when fired - they should all have live rounds.

Don't believe the 12/3 ratio at all. 9 blanks would be far too many, unnecessary and counterproductive. Even only one blank is childish and silly.
