IMAX cinema burns in Sofia

The only IMAX cinema in the Balkans "MTEL IMAX" burned in Sofia early morning on Jan 1.

Not a lot of people were around at the time of the fire otherwise there would have been corpses as burning debris rained on the busy sidewalk just below the cinema.

Police and firefighters are investigating but it's believed an electrical short circuit was the culprit.
