I'm not someone who glorifies death. I have this unfortunate need to remind myself how horrible our world is. I've had many a nightmares and racing thoughts. I have thought at times, is it better to be 100% unequivocally aware of the atrocities created by humans against other humans...or is it better to live with a mind that doesn't go there.
