its the saline trick..... inject saline into the balls and cock....it will enlarge them tempory.. lasting about 5 or 6 hours.
it just fills the outer skin layer and makes no change to the organ size..... serious posiblilty of infection from doing this unless medical saline is used.

Yes- it is actually a cool sensation. I did this once with medical saline-- my balls were very cool inside all of that water---- it actually lasted about two days for it to fully go away....
