Since the arms embargo was lifted in 2004, European Union Countries have shipped arms to Libya worth more than €834.5m, with Italy being by far Gadaffi's largest weapons supplier.

I am ashamed of the EU, this world is such a mess I can't believe my country produced weapons for Gadaffi that he is now using to kill civilians and the international community is doing nothing to stop him.
