It is not unusual that dead men are being eaten by their own pets. oth cats and dogs are common culprits here in Sweden. A friend of mine, who is a nurse, once discovered an eiderly wo had died alone in her bed during the night. When my nurse friend did a quick exam of the body, she found out that the cat had already been having a taste bit or two of the mistress. he poor thing must have been hungry, because the later my friend heard from te nurses and doctors that the pets usually wait a coupe of days. People in general here in Sweden finds the idea of this behaviour in cats and dogs highly politically incorrect and tend to put the blame of rats.
