see the guy in the front his exposed arm is tensed which means he's not dead, once someone dies all the muscles of the body looses all tension, so probably this guy is semi-concious which could be explained by the apparent head injury, most of the blood is clearly from a head injury on the upper side of the head which also explains the density of blood on one shoulder. This can also explain the blood coming from the nose, you can clearly see that the blood is not just smeared on the nose as it is also apparent in the interior of the nasal passages
If you also look at the guy's clothing the dirt is primarily only on the front of the body and to the side of where the head injury is which more likely would be caused by a fall of the primary impact causing the injury to be at that side of the body which would explain the head injury and the dirt pattern on his clothes
