Vicious winter storms continue to batter Bulgaria for a third week, hundreds of boats were wrecked today on the Black Sea coast as waves of up to 5 metres topped seawalls and flooded houses and hotels.

Yes, very severely. Russian and Ukrainian Black Sea coast, too, were hit by the disaster. Such forecasts have not been there.
