The Yagodninsky inter-district investigation department of the investigation department of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Department of the Magadan Region opened a criminal case against a 42-year-old man who is accused of committing a crime under part 4 of art. 111 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm that resulted in the death of the victim). According to investigators, in the evening on September 4, 2018, a company of several people was drinking alcohol in one of the houses of the village of Myaundzha Susumansky urban district. All participants of the feast were on a business trip, performing contract work on the construction of a sports ground. During the use of alcoholic beverages between the suspect and the 50-year-old victim on the basis of personal hostility there was a quarrel. To clarify the relationship between themselves, the men went into the street, where the suspect struck the offender with numerous punches and kicks to the head for several minutes, causing the latter, according to preliminary data, a closed head injury. From the injuries received, the victim subsequently died.
