I don't really speak Italian but from the little I can make of it, reading somewhat like Spanish, it seems that the people at the prison claim he died from a fall but his lawyer believes he was starved to death, which is obviously the case. The family is seeking justice for his tortuous death and the mysterious deaths of some other prisoners. I wonder how long he was starving.

Here's a link to the case. He was only imprisoned from October 15th! It totally looks like he starved along with the beating. What a terrible story, I feel so bad for him and his family.
