9-year-old Arnel Escobar found beheaded and stark naked

9-year-old Arnel Escobar was found beheaded and stark naked in Brgy. Mercado, Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines on May 30, 2015. He was a Grade 2 pupil and resident of the said barangay.

50-year-old fisherman Ernesto Garcia Santos, resident of the said barangay, was eventually arrested for murdering Arnel.
