Today, in Brazil, the Carandiru massacre complete 26 years.

In 1992, after a largest riot in Carandiru's prision, the polices opened fire in inmates, leaving 111 deads.

Since 92 nothing changed in brasilian prision system:

- The jails are overcrowded
- Dangerous killes and robbers in same jails
- Drug war: The most was arrested by drug traffick
- The justice is very-slow. The prisioner stay arrested while wait the setence

All those naked young men with big dicks would be enough in itself to cause a riot. There is probably plenty of hot action in the showers and cell blocks every day. One can only hope that conditions in prison are well known to the public, and help to deter crime.
