She immediately reported her sighting to her barangay chairperson and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team and to ensure to the authority, she called Precint Four.
Based on the investigation led by Station Commander Police Senior Inspector Danilo Cañutal and Senior Police Officer 4 Ventura, the victim's clothes were spread to that place, far away from his body where he was being tortured before being murdered.
