25-year-old dies in Car Accident in Polk County, Florida

A man died as a result of the injuries he sustained in car accident that occurred early Saturday morning in Polk County.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Daniel Armijo of Auburndale was heading east on Old Tampa Highway around 3:12 a.m. when he drove around a curve too fast. The car ended up driving off the shoulder into the trees nearby.


Armijo's passenger, 25-year-old Jaime Montoya of Lakeland was taken to Lakeland Regional Medical Center where he later died on Sunday afternoon.
Montoya was not wearing his seatbelt.


Investigators are still examining the details of the crash.

If your car is not built to handle curves at high speeds and isnt a sports car and you are a lousy driver this is what happens. Slow down or you end up here .I did. Plus they make you pay over 100 dollars for a speeding ticket 200 some 300
