At least 25 people have been killed and scores injured after an explosion at a Shia mosque in Kuwait during Friday prayers.
A bomb targeted the al-Imam al-Sadiq mosque in the centre of Kuwait City, the capital of the Gulf state.
An Islamic State affiliated group said it was behind the attack. IS has carried out similar recent attacks in neighbouring Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
