21-year-old Niño Rodel Taboada shot dead

Call center agent Niño Rodel Taboada, 21 years old and dreaming of becoming a police officer, was shot to death by PDEA (Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency) and SWAT team during a drug raid on January 19, 2017 at Bacalso St., Brgy. Duljo Fatima, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was innocent and was not involved with drugs. So to PDEA and SWAT, good luck for your explanation.
